Featuring local food creations with Washington-grown, organic and sustainable, farm fresh food.

  •  Seattle City Council President Richard Conlin will talk about what the city is doing to support local food.

  •  Chef Seth Caswell of the Seattle Chef’s Collaborative will prepare the meal.

  •  Washington farmers will provide the ingredients from their organic & sustainable farms.

  •  The Carnation Tree Farm will host the event.

We hope you will come early and stay late to enjoy the good food, good company and lovely setting.  The Carnation Tree Farm is a 25 acre family farm, with a community garden.  It has sweeping views of the Snoqualmie River Valley 

All the proceeds go to benefit Tilth Producers of Washington. Tilth Producers is a nonprofit association of Washington organic and sustainable farms.  

What does Tilth Producers do for Washington agriculture and the people who depend on it? Here are just some of the projects Tilth Producers tackles every year: 

  • Holds an annual conference supporting the professional development of Washington farmers with workshops on organic and sustainable farming practices.
  • Publishes an educational agricultural journal.
  • Organizes multiple farm-walks for farmers to visit each other’s farms and share knowledge.
  • Collects & distributes relief money for farms affected by weather-related disasters.
  • Advocates organic food to consumers.
