Monty Pearson of Mountain Laurel Jersey Dairy in Trout Lake and Linda and Andy Styger of Styger Family Dairy Farm in Chehalis all have   extensive experience with organic pasture management and rotational grazing. Monty, an Organic Valley Cooperative member, will describe   his dairy operation with slides to support and elaborate on the details. He will explain his rotation philosophy and the practices that help reach   maximum production, plant health and parasite control in his Jersey cows.  Linda and Andy have been pasturing cows for over ten years and have found that the cattle do better health-wise, and they are able to save on expenses through good pasture management practices.  Learn their farm and the grazing plan they have carefully developed over the last decade.
