Pasture land wanted

I am looking for pasture land minimum of 1 acre for housing a goat herd. Fencing and some kind of shelter preferred but not mandatory. I would like this to be a long term situation. I would love to do this as a trade for keeping the brush controlled on the property but am open to reasonable rent or lease as well.
