Prepare for a voluntary Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Handling Practices (GHP) audits with this on-farm workshop led by WSDA educators and GAPs auditors. Learn practical, cost-effective methods for implementing food safety on your farm. In the afternoon, food safety educators will walk farmers through how to start writing a food safety plan and deliver updates on the new FDA Produce Safety Rule established under the Food Safety Modernization Act.
