WSU Spokane County Extension is once again teaching the Cultivating Success Beginning Sustainable Small Farming and Ranching course, September 27-December 13 through Spokane Community College

Learn about finding land, planning your farm, soil management, growing crops and animals, irrigation, fencing, farm and crop insurance, financing your farm, marketing your production, adding value to your products and basic business plan development. Includes farm tours and talks by local farmers

DATES: Tuesday nights, September 27-December 13, 2016

TAUGHT BY: WSU and Spokane Conservation District faculty and staff, farmers and community experts
COST: $125/person.
Veterans/Active Duty; $50/person .
