Dates: May 27, 2014 (dates are flexible)

Willowood Farm is looking for a seasonal harvest helper/delivery driver.  Position to start asap until Nov. 1.  Possible opportunities to go longer.  This is a 3 day a week position, with possibilities for more days.  This is a PAID position.  Candidates should have vegetable farm experience, be able to lift 50#, be comfortable driving a delivery truck in city traffic, and used to long days and working in inclement weather.  This position does not offer housing, although we would be happy to help you try and find housing and we might be able to work out temporary housing while something more permanent is found.  This is a great opportunity to connect into the thriving Whidbey Island small farm community!  Willowood Farm is a highly diverse rapidly growing small vegetable farm, growing 15 acres of vegetables (to organic standards but not certified) and selling primarily wholesale in the Seattle restaurant scene.  Come join our team!  Email Farmer Georgie at [email protected]
