Erin (husband) and Roni (wife) Smith own and operate The Smithshyre. Erin was a high school teacher before we opened the farm in 2012. Born in Kitsap Erin has always loved seasonal lifestyles and mother nature. Roni, a half time RN, was a full time traveling nurse for years before she settle on the Seattle area. She always loves an adventure and doing things her way.
