I am looking for a single, strong , person who has a great work ethic and the ability to work independently. Must have experience with livestock. Goats are a plus! The small cabin is in exchange for 37 hours per month work. Any work hours done beyond that are done as a contract labor position at $15 per hour. Additional hours are likely but not guaranteed. The farm manager must agree to living on Vashon Island and if working another job that job must be on Vashon island. This is a long term position only.
Must love animals and not be afraid of livestock or dogs. You will be caring for my working goat herd approx 115 goats, my retired goats as well as a horse, 2 pot bellied pigs and a couple fat sheep.
I ask for two work and one landlord reference
