Seeking Farm Manager

We are seeking a farm manager to partner with an experienced farmer in growing vegetables, running agritourism business, and educating kids. Primary responsibility: growing vegetables, managing all aspects of crop production and sales. We have a historic family farm with a working business, but we need experienced help. We are interested in a farm succession plan and would use a profit-sharing model between farmer and manager. I can provide training, but I want someone with 2 years of experience who feels confident in their abilities to manage crop planning, field management, harvesting, prep and sales. I also want a 2 year commitment at the minimum. I would like 3 references, at least one must be a farmer. I would like to fill this position by Dec. 1.
