This position is for our Harvest Manager/Field Crew Assistant. This person will be in charge of all aspects of our harvest and pack shed. On non harvest days, this person will work as the field crew assistant working closely with our Farm Field Manager. This person must have be resourceful, tough, highly organized and have a positive upbeat attitude. This person will work closely with our Farm Field Manager and the Farmer and will, at times, manage up to a 6 person crew on harvest days.
At least 2 seasons vegetable experience required, more farm experience preferred. Some management experience required.
Salary of $1200 to start with housing provided and on-farm food, valued up to an additional $800. Please email for an application and to schedule an interview.
