Refund Policy
To receive a full refund, requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the event and are subject to a 5% service fee. Requests received between 15 and 29 days prior to the event will receive a 60% refund and are subject to a 5% service fee. Requests received between 7 and 14 days prior to the event will receive a 30% refund and are subject to a 5% service fee. No refunds will be issued for requests one week prior to the event. Refund monies may either be returned or applied to future Tilth Producers events. For extenuating circumstances, please call 206-632-7506 to discuss.
