Root Forward Consulting

As is true with my clients, I wear many and multiple hats. I have worked in nonprofits and in the sustainable agriculture and education fields for over 13 years, building experiences as a small scale organic farm manager, program manager and operations director. I owe my early ag roots to Jim & Jennifer at Rising River Farm and Julie Puhich at Common Ground Farm, going on to manage the nonprofit GRuB Farm for many years. To deepen those roots, I earned a Masters of Education degree in sustainability education and curriculum development, a certificate in nonprofit management, and have published both academic and work-based articles. I have extensive experience organizing and engaging groups of all ages, whether as volunteers, students, employees, workshop participants, or colleagues.
