Registration is open for King County’s popular noxious weed workshops being offered this May. Vegetation management crews, landscape professionals, stewardship volunteers and others can choose between three sessions of this all-day seminar on noxious weed control offered on May 3, May 10 and May 24. There is no cost to attend but space is limited so pre-registration is required.
The seminar will cover noxious weed identification and control, methods and permits for controlling aquatic and shoreline weeds, and knotweed biology and control, including injector training that will qualify participants to borrow the program’s knotweed injectors.
