Election Information:
Voting for the Tilth Producers of Washington Board of Directors is now open; nominations are officially closed. If you are a member in good standing with Tilth Producers, you will be receiving your voting ballot within the next few business days. If you fail to receive a voting ballot by Monday, October 27 please call us at 206-632-7506 or email .
To vote in the 2014 Board of Directors Election:
Each membership may return one (1) ballot for the Board of Directors. Please return your ballot by mail or in person to the Tilth Producers office no later than 5:00pm November 5, 2014, or in person to the conference registration table at the Hilton Vancouver Washington between November 6, 2014 and November 9, 2014. Ballots will also be accepted at the Annual Meeting at the Hilton Vancouver Washington on November 9, 2014 at 8:30am. New Board members will be announced at that time.
Annual Meeting:
The Tilth Producers of Washington’s Annual Meeting happens in conjunction with our annual conference being held November 7 – 9, 2014 at the Hilton Vancouver Washington. The annual meeting will be held on November 9, 2014 from 8:30am to 10:00am All members are invited, and you may attend the annual meeting whether or not you attend the conference.
